The Online Store
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Goods can only be shipped to an Australian address (no P.O. Boxes).
Personal and address information should be completed accurately online. Purchaser or receiver name, unit number, street/court/boulevard/avenue number and name, suburb, state/territory and postcode should must be supplied clearly and accurately before submitting and online order.
Warranty:
Faulty or damaged stock received back within 7 days of purchase will be replaced in accordance with the Brand/Company Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Each Brand/Company determine their own Warranty terms and conditions and will differ across our products.
We do not offer any warranty over and above that of the manufacturers or their designated representatives.
Any misuse of any products will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please ensure all contact and delivery address details, and all requested information are correct or additional costs may apply and/or delay the order.
Your purchase of goods from us will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that www.compleatangler.net.au represents they will be fit for.

Backorders (Out of Stock or Backordered Products)
If a product is on backorder with our suppliers, it will be shown on the individual product page as “On Backorder”. You can still order this product and it will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. We may attempt to contact you via the details provided at the time of your order to provide an ETA. At this point, we can cancel the order at your request. Please note that backorder items may be subject to price change, and in this event, we will contact you to discuss.
Changes to Orders
We will endeavour to achieve customer satisfaction at all times but we ask for your patience where changes to orders are concerned. We cannot change orders once they have been placed, however, if notified by the customer of an order error (by email or phone) we will do our best to rectify/correct the error prior to shipping.
Knives
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a knife/knives in accordance with State and Federal Laws.
The sale, possession, transportation, and use of knives are subject to a wide variety of Local, State and Federal laws. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself and comply with all laws applicable.
We reserve the right to request Proof of Age in relation to the sale of the knife/knives.
By placing an order for a knife/knives with us you confirm that you have understood these Terms & Conditions and accept legal responsibility for owning the item.
Payment methods
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard online. It is possible to pay by EFT or Bank Cheque if ordering by phone or email (goods despatched only when funds are cleared).
In the event of any product listed at an incorrect price due to information received from our suppliers, we shall have the full right to cancel or refuse any or all orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
This will also be applicable to orders placed and paid for by credit card. If the payment has been made or your credit card charged, we will within 7-14 days credit the amount of the incorrect price.
Acceptance and Rejection of Orders
Compleat Angler Ringwood reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.
When we accept an Order, it constitutes an agreement by us to supply the Goods under these Terms.
If we reject an Order, we will notify you of the reason for rejection via email within 5 business days.
We will not be liable to you for your loss, or that of any third party, for the rejection of an Order.
If we reject an Order and your payment for the Goods has already been processed, we will refund any money paid to us in respect of that Order.

As stated herein we make no representations, warranties either express or implied of any kind in or with respect to any or all of the products sold and purchased on this site.
