How much does delivery cost?
Orders are sent by either Australia Post or by Courier. We choose the best option based on whats in your order, what’s best priced for the time to deliver. Freight is free on most orders over $125.00 purchased through our online store wit the exception of fishing rods, most gaffs and nets. Please read the free freight weight and limitations section to confirm if free freight is applicable. If you select the free freight method and you have items in your cart that do not qualify, Compleat Angler Staff will contact you for additional payment or to revise the order. The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Compleat Angler Ringwood. Freight charges are not applicable to purchases made at our store located at 27 New Street, Ringwood, Vic 3134
Free freight weight and length limitations
Any products that weigh more than 2.5KG or are more than 800mm in length are excluded from our free shipping policy.
Registered Post On All Orders Over $30
All orders $30 and over will be sent via registered courier/post and need ID along with a signature on delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver everywhere within Australia including PO Boxes, business addresses and home addresses. (you may need to sign – so a work address is usually better). Please use our contact form to enquire or call us on 03 9870 7792 if you require any further information.
How long does delivery take?
All orders within Australia will be packaged and shipped within 2 working days in most cases.
The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Compleat Angler Ringwood.
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes orders can be collected from our store at 27 New Street, Ringwood, Vic 3134.
Photographic identification and a copy of the Paid Order will be required to collect the goods.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Yes.
We will ask for your email address during the checkout process and you will receive a confirmation email of your order.
What happens if an item is not in stock?
Unfortunately our online store is not programmed to have quantity in stock available in all cases.
We endeavor to ensure most stock is available at all times. Should you purchase an item that is currently out of stock in our store we will contact you either via email or phone. We can then discuss options which can include waiting for the product to come from our supplier, swap the product for an alternative product or issue a refund.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments via PayPal which accepts Visa, Mastercard or a PayPal account though our secure payment gateway.
You may also pay via direct deposit or by Zip Pay. You must contact the store to process your order for these options.
I can’t find the product I am looking for?
If you have looked through our website and can’t find what you are looking for we have a bigger physical store at 27 New Street, Ringwood, Vic 3134.
If you can’t venture in please email us at info@compleatangler.net.au with your requirements and maybe, a picture and we will be happy to advise if we can supply the item for you.
What is our refund policy?
Should the product not meet a basic level of performance, not perform the intended purpose; or not match the description or sample, we are happy to refund the product. Unfortunately if you change your mind we are unable to refund your money.
Please return the goods to us at Compleat Angler Ringwood, 27 New Street, Ringwood, Vic 3134 within 7 days of your receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in original condition and include all the original packaging. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.
Please report any incorrect, missing or damaged items to Compleat Angler Ringwood within 24 hours of your receiving the delivery. If item(s) received are not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Then contact us and we can discuss how we can help.
Any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Compleat Angler Ringwood are to be met by the customer.
What about Warranty Claims?
All our goods are sold with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. If you have received goods which you believe to be defective or are faulty, we are sorry. Please email us at info@compleatangler.net.au or phone 03 9870 7792.
Goods under warranty cover from the manufacturer will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer at the discretion of the manufacturer. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided in place of a warranty claim.
If the returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, improperly installed, modified, tampered with, abused or physically damaged the warranty will be void.

Our secure payment gateway is provided by PayPal who uses SSL technology to keep your information safe and we also have a SSL certificate installed on our website to keep information safe.
